Are you talking about a regular phone card such as the ones you can get at the drug store - e.g. 200 min for $20? If so, I had never thought of using those with a cell phone but it makes sense. However, I think you still have to have cell phone service which usually comes with so many minutes per month. Who would give me this w/o a credit check?
