When you returned the vehicle, what papers did you sign, what did the dealer sign, was there notice to you of a deficiency when it was resold? The laws on the time for suing on a repossession are different than for other debts.(usually 6 months after notice of sale)Check with the Fl. Attorney General's Office for assistance.Are you SURE it is Ford Motor Credit who has contacted you? In writing?
