Apparently they want you - that's what happens when you co-sign. You are liable for the debt. If you know the other parson's address, the YOU pay the debt, and take that other person to small claims court to get the money back.

Someone who has to have a co-signer, has to have them because they have a history of not paying (in most cases). You can usually plan on the creditor coming after you. They already know that the other person has nothing to lose. Since you obviously have good credit, you DO have something to lose. Their chances of getting paid are better if they come after you.
