DOLA in SOL Question

Credit card debt in California. After the "first late" date, no payments have been made. But, for about 4 more months after that date, a monthly pre-authorized charge by an online services company continued to be charged to the account. Question: For SOL calculations, do I still use the "first late" date or will those subsequent charges count as DOLA? Thanks!
