I have receipts. Its just the amount that I'm questioning. And what about the SOL if I don't want to be bothered with the receipt route. All credit reporting agencies have the account listed as last activity-1998 but the collection agent claims it was in 2000 which still would not have made this account current. Do I have a leg to stand on with the SOL route?
