creditor calling 3 and 4 times help

i have a problem, i live in florida, cross country bank is calling me every day 2 and 3 times a day even after i talk to them and tell them i have sent a letter addressing my situation which they have recieved. which is, i have been disputing late charges with them and they dont seem to care about doing anything about it except constantly call me and harrass me. I have not paid the account in 2 months as a result. yea i know i should pay it, however, I have requested a payment history from them and all i get are phone calls wanting to know when I am going to pay. any suggestions with the harrassing calls. I have told them I will pay the account in full but not the late charges they say I owe and now of course over limit charges.
