Actually I got a jobb offer in Europe and since I have dual citizenship anyway, and I will need the money over there and not over here, this is why I thought that this is the best idea. I'm calling the title company tomorrow about putting my wife's name on to the deed, however in about a month I will sell the house anyway. My heart is bleeding for it but since I might spend years in another country before I return, it makes no sense to me to keep it around. Renting it out is not a good idea at this point although I considered it.
There are no judgements entered agaist me so far, but soon enough it will happen. Good thing that I'm all square with the IRS :-)))at least.
