Start out simple - dispute them, one or two at a time, as "out of date" with the CRA. You can do this online. Don't sound like a lawyer, just fill out the little form they sent you with your credit report, or use the online dispute feature (be sure to print/ keep copies of everything.)

Just check off the correct box, or type/write in the reason you are disputing.

If necessary you can get mean and legal later. CRA's get resistant when they think it is "credit repair" - good luck!
