I have a judgement against me from almost 3 years ago. I had nothing to do with the debt, it was an old college water bill that I failed to close and force the new roomates to open a new one. Long story short, I was made aware of the problem 6 months later and paid the debt. How do I go about seeking to have this removed from my CR?
