Oh, believe me, I have called and called, attempting to talk to soemone, but no one will talk to me. As soon as they realize who it is, they are either,"out the office, or on the phone." I went over the contract many times and it only says what happens to me if I do not fulfill my obligations. The contract does not state what happens when the company screws up. We are in the process of trying to fix all that they did, but in the mean time, my bills are not being paid. I guess Ill just stick it out and file a complaint with the AG office. I dont know what else to do. Thanks for your reply.

Also, I dont think this company is affiliated with that Berkshire company you metioned above.
