How can you agree to continue to do business with them? They never sent you any kind of notice or anything, and just turned it over to collections? That's sleazy.

Keep you receipt handy, but I imagine they got what they wanted.

I just wouldn't do business with them anymore. There are lots of video rental companies out there.
