I have never returned a movie or DVD on time, as a matter of fact, I probably built and paid for the Blockbuster near my home. But, they don't report it to credit, they should have sent you several white postcard looking things that had the balance due on it before you got the collection letter. I think it is just some scare tactic they use, it is all in-house. I wouldn't worry. It's kind of like the library, they send you all these legal things, like they will come arrest you if you don't return the books that are due, but I don't the police will come after you for library books, let's hope they stick with murderers and rapists.
