Hello, All!

I just received a collection letter from an attorney's office Burt Barr Havins & Odea, llp. I had an account with GE (who refused to make payment arrangements, instead harrassed us for being late...) Who in turn sold the account to Sherman Acquistions L.P. The account first went delinquent with GE in Feb 2001. I have never been able to get the payments caught up. The balance is $12,911. I do not have the money to put it in full or even a settlement. However, I would like to make payment arrangements. What is the best option for me to take. Before I respond to this letter.

Thanks.
