Me and my wife both have bad credit from previous marriages. I have write-offs totalling around $38-40K. She has a bankruptcy from Oct. 1997 with her ex-husband. They were allowed to keep a car in the bankrupcy. They divorced in 1998.He got the car repoed in 1999 and he charged up a credit card she got in april of 1998 in her name after their bankrupcy. We are told that there is NO way to get a house loan since she has these bad tradelines on her credit after a bankrupcy. What can we do? They resided in Hawaii at the time. She moved to TX in summer 1998.
