Did the "lady" say who she represented? Did you receive anything in writing from anyone with court case # information? Did the "lady" ask you to pay $$ for a settlement? Possibly by western union money order? If you never received anything in writing, this is probably one of the current scam con artsts who get information on vulnerable victims to steal $$.
