No Why, she stated her name but did not identify who she represented. She did give a case #, and no, I have not recieved anything in writing. I would not doubt if I had a suit against me, I just keep hoping I can go back to work so I have put my money obligations on the back burner. I'm sure when reality sets in that I cannot pay what I owe, I will seek the advice of a lawyer. If I in fact do have a civil suit against me, will a lawyer be my next step?
