Have you checked with the court to see if what she said was true? You would have been served papers from the court, and given time to respond. If you weren't served, perhaps because you were ill. a lawyer can help you get it vacated. But I don't think it is true. Call the Courthouse and find out.I think it is probably not a real judgement, it is probably a scam.
