Another question on judgments

I have a judgment that was filed against me in NJ on 3/98...I think I might be able to vacate it...my question is I live in PA now...the SOL on foreign judgments for PA is 4 years...does that mean if I try to vacate in NJ and lose the CA could not pursue me in PA as the SOL for "foreign" judgments has tolled? Any input on this is appreciated. P.S. have any of you ever tried to vacate a judgment successfully?
