Bankrupcy Problem on Cash Advantage!! HELP! Thanks

Hello: I went to see the BK Lawer today! I decide to file the Ch 7 OIn Calfornia! But few days ago I use the Cash advantage ($1200) for my credit card! My lawer said I can not file the CH 7 now and Must wait 6 months!
The reason I can not file now is that When I go to the court meeting. The Court trustee will say I am frauding on my credit card because I use cash advantage recently! Is that ture? Can any people give me some suggetions?
I was thinking to pay off that credit card which I use cash advantage from!
