I am married considering bankruptcy just on myself. My husband and I have 3 accounts together - 1 - joint -$0 balance, 1 - joint credit card, and 1 revolving account (car pymt). He is head of all accounts. These accounts we have together we will continue to pay(they are in good standing). My question is what adverse effect will this have on my husband's credit? Again this bankruptcy will be only on myself.
