The SOL on "foreign judgements" does NOT mean judgements filed on you in Pa. from another State. It means foreign (other State) judgements that are recorded against you in your home State. That is, if the existing N.J. judgement was recorded against you in the Pa, court for execution, it is only good for 4 years. If you have the N.J. judgement vacated, which isn't easy, they can still refile against you in Pa. if the normal Pa. SOL hasn't expired. See a lawyer.
