You can get a copy of your judgment and the journal entry from the clerk. The plaintiff had to file some final entry into the case, saying that the judgment was satisfied in full accordance to the terms of your agreement. If not, anything you might have in your possession, the judgment papers, a letter of receipt from the plaintiff, or some letter stating that this debt has been resolved, send copies of it to the credit bureaus and leave it up to them to investigate it.
