problem with original creditor

I'm having a problem with CenturyTel over a cell phone account. The account was closed & their last bill included a charge listed as "other" for $200.00. I had previously used their "autopay" to have the bill charged automatically to my credit card. This bill said it was scheduled to be paid by "autopay" on 6/10. On 6/4, I sent them (UPS next day air) a letter saying that I revoked my "autopay" authorization and disputed this $200 charge. I just checked my credit card account on-line & they did charge the $200 to my credit card. Of course, I'll dispute the charge to my credit card company, but what else can I do? Any suggestions?
