I am currently in California (unfortunately) the debt was incurred in New York and it became past due in Florida I believe. My boyfriend moved us around a lot so that is part of the reason why I am behind. Also, I guess Citibank is in NV and the CA is in MO. I am in the process of sending the c&d letter but wonder how soon I can start contacting the CR or what protocol do I follow?
