You can dispute items on your credit report as often as you like. However, CRAs usually don't respond well to frivilous disputes. Make sure you have supporting documentation for any disputes, to prove that your disputes are legitimate.

1) You know that the GLHEC is a legitimate entry in your credit report. You disputed, CRA verified the debt. The only way you can have that entry removed, is by contacting GLHEC. The CRAs will concur that the reporting source of a debt has the absolute right to report a debt as they see fit. One question I do have, how can you close an account before it is opened? Did you err in your post? If not, dispute the accuracy of that information.

2)I can't imagine Citibank being so harsh. One payment 60 days late! I must consider myself lucky! Again, since the account was verified by the CRA as legitimate. You'll have to talk to Citibank, to get it removed completely or have it go to a positive status. When you get your Experian credit report. It'll have a line on the credit report that will tell you when an account will go to a positive status.

3) Again, call the creditors.

Understand that the CRA are only there to collect information provided to them by creditors.
