Leasee's bad credit on my bus. acct.

I have a bar & restaurant ,side by side.I lease the restaurant out a year at a time, the restaurant name remains the same & lease shows they are leasing the business. I recently applied for a loan on my business.I was turned down,they claimed credit rating was bad & told me other name was on credit report. Turned out to be an old leaser who had gotten credit & credit cards in the name of the leased business. I have always had excellent credit on my business's,so I've requested a credit report. I also explained situation, they haven't responded yet. If this doesn't work, ANY IDEAS?
