Another scam collection agent, they are popping up everywhere. Tell your sister to get the phone # and address if she can, request a letter (as required by law 5 days after contact)from them with proof of this debt.Tell her NOT to give them any information at all.They will likey tell her they will "settle" if she wires $$ to them. It is not legitimate.
