The worst thing you can do for yourself is try to dispute information when you don't have enough knowledge on how to do this correctly.
Read this board and others like this to gain the proper knowledge first and then take on the CRA's to clean up your report.
If you rush in blindly you will never get the results you want.
Take this advice.
