I would be happy to give you my opinion as to what you should do next, IF you tell us what exactly you are trying to accomplish. Are they dunning you for the balance in violation of your cease and desist? Did you dispute it in your validation letter and it is not being reported as disputed on your credit reports?Are you being threatened with legal action?If none of the above are your situation, and all you want to do is get it off your reports, then check your Experian report and see when the "come off" date is.
