Brady misunderstood my advice. I didn't say it was "legal" to have an old ticket just placed for collection put on a credit report, I said if it WAS put there, it would be very time consuming and difficult to have it removed.As to the "warrent" there is no question that the subject of an unpaid parking ticket would never show up UNLESS there was an arrest on another matter. Florida does not keep on it's "active" files old unpaid parking tickets. HOWEVER, they are available in an archived data base until paid.
