Right - 30 days, however, they usually send you something saying they have received your request. It is 30 days from when they receive it, plus time for you to receive it back through US mail.

This happens a lot - one says they verified another says not. You have to try to nail them down. A couple of folks from other boards have caught them red-handed saying they verified when they could not have verified it!
