Did you dispute in writing? If not, be sure to do that. Use certified RRR mail - give them a reasonable time to respond, after that, dispute (in writing) with you credit card company and let them resolve it. This is assuming you have a good card. Crooks Country Bank and the like won't do anything for you. Most card companies take billing disputes seriously if you have followed proper procedure.

The phone is not proper procedure.
