thanks why chat. This is the first notice in 10 yrs since I've last heard from the OC, so I don't have a prior c&d record on this CA.

I will send out the c&d letter and a dispute to the CRA. Where can I find a good c&d letter? btw, should I mention in the letter that the SOL had expired or should I not?
