This is an illegal SCAM- Call your State's Attorney General's Fraud Division, get a phone number if you can if they call back. THIS IS BOGUS.These illegal operations garbage scavangers are not REAL collection agents.There is NOTHING they can do to you, it is pointless to make any "arrangements" with them as they have NO legitimate authority to collect ANYTHING.
