Ga. is subject to the Federal garnishment guidelines which exempt the first $250.of your wages from garnishment, (that is net after taxes and any insurance).However, in your circumstances, and with the difficulty you face in dealing with working and raising your family, I suggest you file BK ch7, see legal aid. That way you will have a chance for a fresh start.
