In re to my post below: The clock has already restarted this yr with the CA. The OC entry on my credit report has already been deleted from my files. If I send them a payment, with the notation "debt paid in full" and they cash it. That is considered a legal contract on the face of the instrument. They can't come after me for more money, well they can try, but they would fail. I just want to be done with them, because I don't owe anyone.
