How to get charge off removed from ex-wifes credit report?

My husband was divorced 7 years ago. He assumed all
debt accumulated during the marriage, including credit
cards. About 18 months ago we filed
ch. 11 BK and were
discharged. Now a charge
off is showing up on a card
that had both his and his then wife's name on it. She
now cannot get credit and we cannot seem to get the
credit card company to relinquish her responsiblity,
even though we have a signed divorce aggreement that
specifically says she is not responsible. What can be
done?
