Well the problem is...even thought your husband
has disolved himself from that credit card debit
via the Bankrupcty, it appears if his ex-wife
signed for the card when it was received...she is
left holding the bag...the CIVIL court divorce
decree has no bearing with credit card companies...
they could careless who has what in a divorce...
all they care about is when the card was obtained
they have two individuals to go after in case of
default....so the husband is free from it...but
the wife is going to have to pay....now what she
could do is pay the debt now being inccured by her
which she was relieved from in the divorce, and
then after making even a single payment she could
turn around and sue the husband on failing to pay
the debt which now she is being chased for....its
a thin line situation...but it is an option...
