I just went through the morgage credit game on a new home. Do not pay that debt! it will only allow them to renew the seven
year timer. As long as you have a good expplination for the charge off they will usualy pass it over. You need to be most
concerned with your credit of the last two years. I just closed on my new home yesterday :)
