The FCRA refers to the passage of new laws regarding reporting
periods for student loans being lengthened. What are the new
rules? Can derogatory information regarding paid student loans
remain on credit reports for longer than seven years now? I
mean, the first date of delinquency was 12/93 but was paid in
full 6/95. When does it come off my report?
