On your credit report there is a phone number or
an address of the creditor that reported the debt.
Contact them and request that your credit report
be updated. If that fails write to the Credit
Reporting Agency contesting the item as follows:
My name is-- reside at, include ssn. I am writing
to contest account number (number next to item)
from report number xxx. Mail and wait for answer.
