Identity theft is becoming rampant as more and more people put their personal I.D. info. into their computers....and transmit it
across the internet. Even when you transmit on a so called "secure site" the info. is still in your computer's "cache" after you
finish.....and exposed to prying eyes when you then move on to other web sites.

The best help I can give you is to point you in the direction of where I've found sources of good advice and help.

Take a look at http://www.state.ma.us/consumer/
When there, click on "Identity Theft". Through this web site....provided by the state of Massachusetts....and the links that are
provided therein... I think you'll obtain the answers you seek.

I hope this helps.
