How bad is bad??

I have 3 charge-off
(still unpaid, 3 years old) and
1 repo (1 year old). I also have 10 R1's paid as agreed,
no late payments.
How bad is this??
Also, what are my chances of getting a home loan in
2 years with everything paid off? With a 5,000 down
payment and 45,000 year job for 2 years? -==dustin
