Ex-spouse Repo on Home

My husband's ex-wife has stopped making payments on her
mobile home loan despite having received monthly alimony
checks for payment on the loan(s) per the divorce decree.
The divorce decree states that she is responsible for
making the payments on both the car and the mobile home.
However, his name was never removed from the loan. The
mobile home finance company has been making threatening
phone calles to me, my husband's mother and my husband.
My husband and I purchased a home and listed me as the
primary buyer on the home loan. The mobile home finance
company stated that they have checked her and found that
she has nothing when in fact she owns land and a separate
house in the state in which the mobile home was purchased.
The finance company also stated that they were planning
on reposessing the mobile home and place a lien against
our house, which is in a separate state. Can the finance
company place a lien on our house with me being listed
as primary? If so, what are our rights? Do we have any
legal jurisdiction over the mobile home?
