minor added on to chexsystems

I was reported to chexsystems when I was a minor. My mother added me on her account, so I could cash my checks. She then wrote me checks from her other bank, the checks were returned nsf and caused the account to overdrawn. Since my name was on the account, the bank reported my name to chexsystems also, even though I was only 17 years old. I disputed this with chexsystems, but they refuse to take my name off their database. Does anyone know what else I can do? Is there a law were a minor can't be reponsible for a banking account? Thanks for the help.
