You have some confused issues here. A dispute to the CA's (NOT a validation) should show up as disputed on your credit report. does it?If you just disputed to the CRA's as "not mine" all they do is verify the name and address.If you disputed to the CRA's account balances or dates, then they would be required to show you what they received from the CA to back up the posted information.The only account that could be hurting your mortgage app. is the one that is being misreported as being within SOL.If you redispute THAT account with the CRA,and the CA you sent the SOL letter to verifies incorrect information.you can then file suit against the CA.
