OK- Try this. Go on line, file a complaint with the FTC and your State's AG office,you may have to file separate complaints for each CA and CRA. When you get the printout copy of your complaints,send an intent to sue letter to the CRA's and CA's for their violations of the FCRA and FDCPA regarding disputed entries,verification,validation and notification of verification procedure.Include copies of your filed complaints.
