If nextcard is not on your report -you are not joint.If your BK lawyer doesn't think your creditors will raise objections and they agree to the terms, then CH 13 is fine.. As long as it is completed and not dismissed. It would be simpler to get the cars in your joint names,wait 3 months,and then have your husband file, IMO, but you have a lawyer who can give you good advice.
