I've looked over the various older posts on the SOL in Ohio. Saw lots of posts from Linda about Ohio being 15 years, some others said 4 years, and still more who say 6 years. I read the law relating to this from the links you provided (THANK YOU!) and it looks like it could be argued either way, but I was wondering if anyone on this board has actually had any experience with the SOL in court for credit card debt. It would be nice to have some case law in this state to back me up if it goes that far.
