Given that my income (with my wife's)
barely cover rent, bills, food, health
insurance, how much danger is there of
having my stipend garnished? I am
given money that officially counts as a
scholarship.
I also assume that my creditors have two
file two lawsuits against me: one to establish
my debt and one to seek the right to get at
my assets. Is this correct?

What about my wife? I know that they cannot
touch her own private money, but can can her
income (which is now only $1000/ mo.) be
used to get easier access to my money?

Thanks for any help
